Agnes Twidle in her garden, Granite Bay, Quadra Island

Note written on the back of the photograph by Agnes Twidle: "These photos were taken a couple of years ago, I was not really posing in this, I was out gardening, Henry thought he would like to try a screen on those roses, the bush behind me is covered with lovely red roses." Henry and Agnes Twidle settled at Granite Bay in 1911 and based on Agnes' age in the photo it is likely this photo was taken shortly thereafter."
